statement said monday July 19, 7:00 p. m .  having had to call the portland office. Which  now states the delivery will not be delivered until Thursday between 2  to 5:00  p. m.   The origiinal statement is very misleading. which cause me to miss a day of work. NOT HAPPY.    Poor choice of shipping contracter.         THANKS FOR YOUR TIME    Martin K

Couldn't be any happier with the service that I have received. From the help placing the order to the phone call making sure I did the ordering. All 100% top notch.... Forgot to mention the product.... Yep same thing it is great too. It arrived in a vary timely manner and the shipping company was very helpful to take wrapping and cardboard off to do the inspection.....

I did a lot of research on heat pumps, brands, and finally selected this one. I got a great price on this and it will be more efficient than the 17-yr old unit it replaces. Very happy.
