I was a little afraid of this situation from some of the reviews but,  all my issues were taken care of promptly. Within a week the new unit was on site and the damaged unit was picked up. The new unit works great.  Thank you for all you help.

Excellent Service February 12, 2019

It took longer than I expected to get the equipment and when I did receive it, the air handler was damaged BUT I gave them 5 stars because their customer service was amazing.  They communicated back and forth me so I didn’t feel as if I was being ignored and they even helped me with my damage claim and applied the discount.  Sometimes great customer service is all it takes.

Freight Damage of new Rheem Air Handler November 13, 2018

Feel happy with how everything went from YRC freight company / Budget heating on my new Air Handler that got damaged during shipment. I feel like both parties took care of me.  I would definitely use Budget heating and air again in the future.  Excellent business to purchase your new unit from.
