As a building contractor, I have installed a few of these units and they have been easy to install, connect and operate.  The thermostat used on the last installation came with improper information and the transformer burned.  I talked to the tech. Randy at Budget and found the cause. Corrected the error and the unit works fine.

Received the correct transformer installed it and it works as expected. The shipping was fast and the price was competitive.

But this is a very hard company to do business with, when there is a problem they will do nothing to try and resolve the problem. I don't plan to do business with them ever again.
