The sales rep Buddy Leake was extremely helpful and patient with this purchase. I am a contractor for NASA and the government purchasing process can create some challenging situations. Additionally we needed this unit to be shipped to a Marine Corp Base in Hawaii. It is still en route, but we are hoping it will be delivered by the end of January. Again, Buddy was very professional and helpful.
