Budget had the lowest price I could find by a considerable margin. Communication and tracking was good, I got a local installer to hook it up and get it running. I did all the duct work. Quotes to install were all over the place, from $500 to $2500. Shop around. About $1000 is reasonable after you add all the extras that they tack on to the quote. I am in the Phoenix, AZ area.
The Goodman Air handler and heat pump were shipped on pallets with shrink wrap and securely attached to the pallets. Although the copper line set used to connect the two units had a few dents in it, it was no problem because the installer was able to work around it. All in all, quite happy.
