The heat pump was in stock and quite a bit (1/2 price) cheaper than any other dealer for the same unit. Installation was easy. We had no problems

You had the equipment in stock.  Price was fair.
Sales Person Juan would not deal with him again didn't care about making the sale or not felt sorry for interrupting his day with the order.  Mimi on the shipping floor was great. Mistake was caught & fixed product was shipped & received.
