Was missing 3 register boots on my order, it happens, and when I call they corrected it that day and I received them 2 days later. Thanks for the fast fix and will be using for all my HVAC duct orders.

This was part of an original order where the metal duct tape was missing. It took 2 weeks to receive replacement, not convenient when you expect to do your work during a certain time.
