The entire process was smooth and product was delivered a few days after it was paid. Delivery was done by budget heating personnel ahead of schedule and units were delivered in good condition.
Unit was installed by DC Heating and Cooling - Juan Cruz (386-748-7805), Unit needs 2 specific settings for Florida environment to work efficiently, but rest are default settings from factory. Units are 90% quieter and uses 70% less electricity than the units it replaced, which were 14 SEER Lennox heat pump units.
The payback on price of unit compared to regular 14 to 16 SEER unit is 18 months, with Solar panels. Without solar panel for electricity, the payback will be less than 8 months. To compare, Bosch units are like a hybrid Toyota Prius that gets 60 mpg Vs 14 to 16 SEER units like a 5.7 L Chevy V8 that gets 14 Mpg.
Bosch is renowned for quality and industry leading technology and this unit is far superior to anything in market at this price point.
