The staff at Budget Heating & Air Conditioning were very helpful and friendly. I was able to replace my UV bulb in warranty and the service I received was honest timely.

Review - compressor for AC unit	June 20, 2023

Service was friendly, it I don’t feel I should’ve had to pay a $145 shipping/processing fee up front when we came to bring the bad compressor back and picked up the new one. I asked if that could be refunded and was told no. We were told that had to be done before ordering the replacement, which was under warranty. I don’t feel that’s right and very disappointed with that policy

Procedure when well.
Tech diagnosed problem, I ordered board from Budget, Tech installed board, Return part in 20 day window, got my refund for part. All is well. Budget personnel were great and knowledgeable. SMOOOOOTH.

David Delorenzo is the man and Budget Heating and Air is the company to take care of you when you have a problem. They got me up and running without giving me the run-a-round. They will be getting all my business in the future.

Condenser fan motor warranty replacement	April 15, 2022
