The Leaf Guard was bent all out of shape when it arrived because it had been stuffed into a square box what was too small.  It should have been shipped in a proper sized box, or rolled up in a shipping tube.  I attached it anyway hoping that the hot summer will flatten it out. Very poor service for a $69.00 product.

3 of 5 A Bit Disappointed December 8, 2017
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Largo, FL United States
This fan cover cost  $37 and there was $12 shipping. Upon receipt, we found the edging had disengaged from the screening.  We were told the product is inspected before shipping but the problem occurs during shipping when the edging slips off.  We were also told it was just a matter of slipping the screen back under the edging. Well, the screen would not go back in the edging because the staples (which weren't holding the screen to begin with) were in the way. When one area was fixed, another came out.  Removed the offending staples, but once out, the staples wouldn't go back through the edging. We thought about returning the cover, but that would mean an add'l $12 shipping, making for a $24 bad investment and we still needed a cover.  So,  my husband just removed the edging and purchased add'l tie wraps. The leaf guard is now (at least for the time being) attached. We understand the issue, but at what we paid for a piece of screen, we are more that somewhat disappointed.
