Customer service was great. Order shipped pretty promptly. But was sent without heat strip inside... still working on getting that taken care of.

Ordered and was delivered in 7 days. No damage noted upon delivery. Installed unit, went thru start up checklist unit performed as stated. Looking forward to many years of trouble free service. I am pleased with the cost of this unit, best price I could find. Would recommend to others looking to replace there heat pump package unit.
