Missing 25' x 1/4" Line Set	June 14, 2023

A 25' x 1/4" line set was missing from the order. Talked to Ashley in customer service twice. I was told both times that the packers don't make mistakes, so she could send it at their cost. Well I already paid for it once! Should I have to pay again? During the second call, she became a bit rude and said again that they don't make mistakes. I spent close to $5,000 and she wanted to argue over an $80 part. I will advise others to buy their equipment elsewhere.

I ordered heat strips
BAYHTR1419 BRK.
Back up emergency heat for my airhandler.
Budget heating was very helpful and indeed the package I ordered was complete replacement bolt in and my service man took out the old and in with the new in one hour flat!
I'm glad that I found Budget Heating and Cooling on the internet and the carry every product for every manufacturer possible! There price was the best and so are the people you talk to that help you get through your order and to your door! I give them my business 100% and recommend them to anyone who needs anything that has to do with heating and air! My system is heatpump and airhandler with electric strip emergency heat backup. Designing my own heating system I saved 1790 dollars a year in 2012 by take the old fuel oil furnace and going total electric! If I was switching today? I'd be saving over 5000 a year! I heat 2700 square feet.

Love the mini split. Instead it my self and I am in Cooper landing, Alaska and we have been below 0 and -3 for weeks and we love it.

Part of order was missing	June 22, 2022

Pricing was fair, but the heat strip was missing. I would have been much more pleased if they would have allowed me to pick up locally and refunded the cost but that wasn’t an option. Instead had to wait for one to ship and bring out the installer twice, all the while without any heat/AC. Also asked a CSR if there was any coupon codes/discounts before I ordered and was told no, then when item shipped there was a $100 generic coupon code in the box, don’t see why that needed to be withheld.

Great ac, just missing the heater	April 29, 2022

I purchased a 19 ton packaged bosch ac unit with a 10k heater that should have been installed. Unfortunately construction delays delayed installation of the ac unit. I did not think to look in the unit to see if the heater was installed when it was delivered. So many months later when we went to wire up the unit we opened the electrical panel and noticed that the heater was not installed. I am still waiting on the final response on from Budget. I have requested that the replacement heater be. 8k instead of a 10k if at all possible. Other then that, everything else has been great. I can't wait to turn on my new ac unit next week. Hopefully I will be able to get the heater for it.

Heating Element Left Behind	October 19, 2021

Purchased full 4 ton Bosch 18.5 SEER system with numerous support parts to include heating element. Element was accidentally left behind and Houston warehouse was notified of missing part. Item was located and expedited the next day and arrived before the unit was installed. Thanks for the great customer support. Highly recommended.

This order was for the hinges which were not included in the original package Sent out very promptly and received in 3 days. Cover is now installed and working properly.
