No frills shopping experience. Needed to replace a 23 yr old system, and received quote from local contractor. Decided to search same system and came across budgetheating.com. Spoke with sales person and he answered all questions i had. Drove 7 hrs to pickup myself because delivery wasnt guaranteed when i needed it due to holiday weekend. The place looked sketchy when i arrived to pickup, but the experience was A+. Arrived, paid and they loaded onto my truck and even shrink wrapped the inside unit (air handler) to prevent from getting wet due to expected rain. Local contractor installed on July 4th and it works like a charm. Saved $2500 purchasing from Budget Heating. I’d definitely recommend these guys.
