I ordered the unit on 5/20, and was told it would ship on 5/23, or at latest 5/24, with expectation of delivery by Friday, 5/27. Hearing nothing I contacted my salesman, Mike, who said it had only shipped the day prior on Thursday (5/26). I had my install scheduled for 5/28, which I missed. After requesting, but not receiving my tracking I contacted the office after the holiday weekend on 5/31, only to be told that the unit did not ship until that day. Still not receiving the tracking information I called 6/1, then to learn it shipped on that day. I was verbally given my tracking number to track via FedEx. I received my unit at approximately 6:00 pm 6/3. I am now awaiting another window with the installer. I understand shipping issues, but not being told it shipped twice, when it hadn't.
