The wrong item was sent with someone else's packing slip. I called budget heating and AC, and told me to repackage it for it to be picked up and sent to the correct person while I waited for my item. I have very little time outside of work and repackaging/sending items is something I do not have time for. I found this irritating and your customer service was completely sterile and unapologetic.

the part I ordered would not work on my a/c so I had to return it. The refunded the cost of the unit and the ladies on the phone were very helpful and professional .

Budget called after I made my purchase to insure the product I ordered was what I actually wanted.
In spite of this, I recieved the wrong unit. They worked diligently to make it right.

Response to problem with incorrect item was good, and prompt. I decided to make an adapter to accomodate the size difference of the wrong part instead of going to the trouble and extra expense of returning the part, and waiting for the replacement. Your rep agreed that that
was a good idea. Adapter worked OK. Problem solved.
