Good Product Horrible Packing!	November 22, 2023

The filter back grill was very nice quality. The packaging is terrible. I can't imagine many of them arriving to their destination without damage. The grill on mine was bent slightly and could be straightened, the box came full of holes and absolutely trashed! All large grills should be wrapped in bubble wrap prior to inserting into box. The return policy sucks, they want you to inspect it and refuse it to see if there's damage. Well I live on 40 acres 800' back from the road. UPS basically throws packages out the window, so there's no way to inspect to look for damage which means you have to pay for return shipping. Might as well keep the damaged one and order a new one for the cost of shipping these days. I wouldn't recommend buying anything large from this company online and having it shipped due to very poor packaging. If you can't pick it up locally buy from somewhere else.
