My unit arrived with a bad board.  I was required to pay upfront for a warranty replacement part that did not resolve the issue.  My unit has not worked since day one; however, I am being asked to now pay out of my pocket for a technician to return and speak to LG tech support again.  How long does this need to go on??? This Unit Needs To Be Replaced; however, I am being sent in circles to chase an issue with a defective AC unit.  Awful Product DO NOT BUY

Got my product couple weeks ago in the process of hooking it up and getting it running I’ve used these before and these are great systems when the product came on the FedEx truck FedEx driver was very helpful came just as described in black plastic but it was damaged package was crushed a little bit on one side in line set insulation was torn up quite a bit, Company was really easy to get a hold of and is working on giving me a small refund for the damage!
