When my order was shipped they forgot to sell me a gasket kit and a downflow kit. I paid $225.00 for delivery and yet I had to travel to Tampa from Bonita Springs to pick up those items.
Would not recommend Budget at all.

We received our unit with damage from a fork lift. This could of happened at the warehouse or by the shipping company. We reported it and the Budget contact was both thoughtful and responsive. After an evaluation of the damage, we concluded that the damage was superficial and only affected the fins and not the core. When we went to install we found that the wrong line set was sent to me. It's liquid line was 1/4" instead of 3/8". This caused a problem for me and my customer. I was able to run to my wholesaler for a new line set. This did cost me time and money. The next Budget representative was courteous, but rather apprehensive to do anything for me. Probably had to go upstairs to discuss a solution. I was paid what I paid for a new line set.

Customer service had been very responsive in attemtping to remedy the problem.  It ultimately ended up being a refund as the part was unavaialble.  Handled in a proffesional manner.

This is a great company to order your equipment. I received my equipment, and even though 1 item was incorrect, they promptly found a replacement to work with our scheduled installation timetable.
