5 of 5 Replacement Heat Strip February 23, 2021

Unit installed today, worked great. It replaced a strip with high resistance burning up relays. Note the new design needed some fitting but still worked in the older obsolete heat pump. Customer service reached out before shipping to confirm the part number was good. Naturally I order by part number and not model but it was good to see real representatives attend to orders.
