Mesh Tape For Reinforcing Duct Board Connections 3" x 150' roll

Open weave fiberglass mesh tape used for reinforcing joints, seams and connections when paint-on mastic is used in HVAC applications, and can also be applied to drywall seams before the application of joint compound. Drywall tape is self-adhering and offers superior strength compared to paper. is a woven fiberglass membrane that is flexible and will conform to irregular surfaces. It is used as a reinforcing membrane providing exceptional tear resistance and durability. POLY-SCRIM can be used as a reinforcing membranes with HVAC duct sealants and thermal insulation coatings to provide extra strength and coating uniformity. Excellent for bridging gaps where joints do not meet exacting tolerances.
