Ductless Mini Split Universal Condenser Tie Down KIT

The ultimate kit to secure a ductless mini split outdoor unit "Condenser" to a 18x40 concrete or plastic pad. This is required per code in many counties across the USA to prevent the condenser from becoming detached from the pad in extreme weather as well as to prevent accidental contact with outdoor unit causing it to fall off pad and damage the equipment and copper lines.

This kit includes everything needed to do the job except for a drill. Kit includes: (4) 1/4in x 1-1/4in metal washers (4) Tapcon hex screws (1) concrete masonry drill bit.
