The ultimate kit to secure an Air Conditioning or Heat Pump outdoor unit "Condenser" to a concrete or plastic pad. This is required per code in many counties across the USA to prevent the condenser from becoming detached from the pad in extreme weather as well as to prevent accidental contact with outdoor unit causing it to fall off pad and damage the equipment and copper lines. This kit includes everything needed to do the job except for a drill. Kit includes: (4) 6"x 1" Galvanized Steel 16 Gauge L Brackets, (4) Tapcon hex screws, (4) self tapping metal or plastic screws with washer and rubber grommet, (1) concrete masonry drill bit.
