I received the wrong AC unit ….I was shipped a D1448ACL instead of what I order a D1448HCL , I request that this order be corrected , this is not the customer failure of acknowledge actual purchase but customer service failure to check for accuracy, I just want the equipment I purchased

We got a great value from Budget Heat and Air for our replacement HVAC system. In fact, our last system was also from Budget Heat and Air that we replaced due to damage from a power surge after the big ice storm here in Texas. Mike was a pleasure to work with.
