Would have received 5 stars. Ordering was awesome office staff was awesome. Fork lift driver had an attitude and put the 300 pound unit half way on the trailer and tried to leave. I had to stop him to put it all the way on. When he moved the air handler off the top of the compressor unit he just pushed it off and it slammed on the ground. It was fine but really?
