These sheet metal adapters convert the square supply and return to round which will accommodate round flexible duct.

Note: We may supply an adapter collar for your size flex.

Received the square to round adapters, but one was rectangular and one openings on the unit were both square, had to modify it to make fit

When ordering I questioned whether they were the right parts. My unit, (which was also purchased here) had two 14 x 14 square take offs. The set shiped had 1- square and 1- rectangle  shaped adapters.
