Mike was very friendly and helpful when I talked to him on the phone. The unit arrived exactly when he said it would despite hurricane Ian. Unit was packaged very well to avoid damage. Have not had a chance to install it yet.

Received the complete heat kit. Replaced the existing. Everything fit perfect and was an exact replacement, but there was no power. So not only did I not have heat, but no longer had A/C either. Had to call out a professional who discovered that the heat kit was wired incorrectly from the factory. Once he changed around some wires, power was restored and all was in working order. Now works as described, but don’t bank on it arriving ready to go from the factory.

Pulled the old heat strips out and put in the new unit. It didn't work. no power to circuit board. bought new battery powered thermostat, still no go. had to put old heat strips in just for heat. the only reason I don't return it is because I had to trim a small corner of breaker case to clear wires.
