ordered online and was very simple called to ensured that it would be ready for next day pickup told it was good to go. I get there and loaded on the truck and the heater was not installed paid $10 for the service.. oh we can install it.. not waiting another hour for that.. money back ok ordered a TXV... it's on backorder... but I was told my order was ready ... 4 days later still on backorder .. money back
