The DiamondAir seems to be a good brand. I purchased a 18,000BtUh unit four years ago for my new 550 Sq. ft. shop, and just made a purchase of a 9,000 last week for a shop addition that is 200 Sq ft. The first unit purchased was found to have a leak in the evaporator coil about two months ago. I had some stop leak put in it; hope it works. It appears to be a very efficient unit.
