My order was correct and arrived in a timely manner but with some damage. I let budget heating know about the damage and that it was on the back side of the filter grill and could straighten it myself. Budget heating apologized for the shipping damage and refunded the shipping cost. I think that was fair and I will do business with them again.

I was lucky to find Budget Heading & Air Conditioning when I was looking to replace my return air filter grills. Even though I measured wrong, the staff could not have been more helpful and professional. The return and exchange was easy, and since the grill is so much nicer than the originals, I'm going to switch the old ones out!
