It doesn't blow what I expected. It is covering an area of about 450 sq ft and is only adequate. The wall mounts are great. They work way better than expected. The outdoor unit is very quiet. I would have given 4 stars for the setup if it had not took 2 phone calls and three weeks to get here.

All items were well packaged and in good condition when received.  Budget Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job making certain the order was well packaged and received in a timely manner.  

UPS was used for delivery, and initially, they tried to make us pick up the order because our street was too narrow for the 18-wheeler.  This was impractical.  After checking with a supervisor, they were able to arrange home delivery, which I paid for.  Be cautious of this with UPS if you live on narrow streets or in older neighborhoods.
