I thank my brother for finding me a good replacement unit. I understand that Vick McLovin was very helpful in working with him in making a decision. We did have a delivery problem from Saia but this was absolutely not your fault. Jenn at Budget Heating was helpful to me when I informed her of the problem. Friday was NOT a possible delivery date from the very beginning and that was the 1st day they wanted to deliver. The day and time was changed several times … but I did get it Wednesday night … the delivery man was nice and very professional. All this info was shown on the Tracking Sheet. I had the Licensed Contractor "standing by" Tuesday and Wednesday which made it worse. I apologize for getting into the delivery problem but we felt you should be aware of it. The folks Jim and I dealt with at Budget Heating were very nice and helpful and we will recommend Budget Heating and Cooling to anyone.
