4 of 5 Good product Good Service Terrible shipping June 16, 2021

The first unit arrived damaged due to the shipper ABF Freight not strapping it down
Budget heating replaced it with no questions asked because i refused the shipment before they unloaded it
the replacement unit came undamaged but with the same shipping company and the driver refused to bring it to my address and instead i had to dolly it the rest of the way to my house about 400 yards
This was not budgets fault but nevertheless part of the process so that is why i gave 4 stars and not 5
