the product works. We fit it up to a 30 year old Lennox air handler. i can see why the original homeowner opted not to install it then. its rather weak at 15 kw for 1400 sq ft home. We've got a boiler , so this was to supplement. Budget was a good place to find this, shipping was a bit long. 2.5 weeks, but they said it was custom built. I'm satisfied with how and what my expectations actually turned out to be. Meh on the unit. ok on Budget.
